[ About Christian ]
Christian, MSc, has been musically inclined since a very young age. Both of his parents were music aficionados and exposed him to genres such as Jazz, Neo-Soul, R&B, Hip-Hop, Pop, and Disco.
Christian turned his early love for music into a successful DJ career. He has hosted and spun events at prominent venues in NY, Miami, and LA, including Lot 45, BK Tea, Hotel Figueroa, Kinfolk 95, Pianos, DROM, Nublu, Marseilles Beachfront Hotel, Serafina, Roots Miami Kava, and more. Some highlights of his DJ career include spinning alongside Luna Rosa, Stonie Blue, Vonnie Mack, and Khalil, and producing and spinning events at Art Basel and the FIBO Fitness Global Summit.
Outside his DJ Career, Christian has a corporate, academic, and athletic pedigree that allows him to advise from a diverse, global, forward-thinking perspective. He worked for over seven years in technology recruiting with Fortune 500 clients, which helped develop his A&R abilities to find and match talent to the best opportunities. He earned an MSc in Marketing from Durham University in England, ranked #3 behind Oxford and Cambridge . While living overseas, he played professional basketball in England and Spain for four years. During this time, he won a National Championship in England. With his success on the court, in the classroom, and in the boardroom, Christian has learned that winning takes teamwork, persistence, and accountability. These principles are the foundation for how he works with his clients at PCC.
While earning his master’s degree, he transitioned into a career in music publishing with WVZ MFG Publishing Co, an award-winning independent music publisher. After a successful internship, he became the Creative A&R Director responsible for discovering, developing, and mentoring a genre-spanning, award-winning roster of 30+ songwriters, composers, producers, and DJs, primarily from underrepresented backgrounds. During his time with WVZ MFG, he launched the micro-label SoundWVZ Collective and oversaw the release of its first EP, titled 001.

Produced and co-led the inaugural SoundWVZ Series — a songwriting camp, DJ experience, and Gaming Lounge held at Lounge Studios in NY.
Executed a strategic partnership with EVEN enabling Direct-To-Consumer marketing & sales for the WVZ MFG roster.
Co-led A&R publishing team that signed Grammy-nominated artists Michael Van-Bodegom Smith and Truck North (The Roots)
